About me
I'm a mechanical engineer turned technical salesperson. Most of my week is spent on plant floors with maintenance and production teams, working out why a vacuum line isn't pulling down, why a pump keeps losing oil, or which pump suits a new process.
I like to start with the process, not the catalogue: vacuum level, capacity, what gas and vapour the pump is handling, temperature, corrosiveness and running hours. Getting that right first is what makes the recommendation stick.
Outside the plant, I'm the person customers call for a quick answer on a part number, an overhaul plan or a replacement for an old pump.
